Planstone has and continues to be a great resource for the Academy. The Planstone team is always improving and adding new features to their system. Working as our partners, the Planstone team presents new solutions as the Academy continues to advance and grow. We appreciate their input and insight as we are always looking to improve our abstract process, reviews, speaker portal and evaluations. Most recently Planstone has been essential in helping us transition our content to a virtual setting. Planstone is like an extended part of our education team and appreciate their presence as a solid abstract vendor in the technology market.

We’ve worked with Planstone since 2017. Prior to then, we had a manual process in place for receiving abstracts and assigning reviewers. Since then, our abstract submission and review process has vastly improved and the team at Planstone has been top notch to work with. Additionally, this past year our in person meeting had to pivot to a virtual format with just months to go before our meeting.
